We run adult coaching courses throughout the year. Adult groups include adult beginners, adult club night for team players and Cardio Tennis.
The adult beginners group is great way to start the game or give it a go if you haven’t picked a racket up for a while. Its a non pressurised environment to learn, improve, meet new people and have fun. The aim is to have everyone serve, rallying and scoring within the first few sessions, while developing technical and tactical knowledge throughout.
TTT (Tactical Tennis Training)
Tactical Tennis training is for the intermediate/advanced players that are at team standard. The group mainly consists of doubles drills and tactics with some Singles also involved for the players that are wanting more of a workout or purely to work on their singles game.
A fun and energetic workout that lasts for an hour. Involves hitting lots of balls to high beat music. Consists of cardio specific drills. Fun basket drills, with the coach feeding/anchoring the drill, followed by points play and a fun team building game to finish.
Cardio Tennis is an excellent way to get into a more active lifestyle, meet new people, AND improve your TENNIS!
In only 1 class, men can burn between 500 and 1000 calories and women can burn between 300 and 500 calories. Plus, it beats the monotony of a treadmill!
